services.What you will do in this role:
- Promotes a positive customer service attitude, which encourages
quality patient care and enhances the image/reputation of the
- Adheres to established hospital and department guidelines and
protocols. Supports hospital mission, vision, and values.
- Develops/implements policies/procedures that guide/support the
provision of services.
- Performs all Human Resources functions necessary to maintain
- Ensures participation in Performance Improvement activities to
improve patient outcomes.
- Consistently demonstrates professional behavior and exhibits
strong leadership skills.
- Accepts responsibility for managing and utilizing resources in
a fiscally responsible and ethical manner.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; advanced degree
- Valid Texas RN License required
- Five years progressive experience as Manager or Director of a
medium size acute care facility. Experience to include management
of personnel, budgets and physician relations.HCA Healthcare ranks
