following:Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve
financial objectivesAssist the Branch Manager in ensuring
compliance with all company policiesOversee sales efforts and
business initiativesResponsible for performance management of
direct staff including Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and other staff
as applicableMotivate, coach and train personnelPromote a culture
of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal
compliance, accountability and communicationOther duties assigned
as neededJob Requirements:High School diploma; Bachelor's degree
preferred3 years of sales and operational experienceBasic knowledge
of the construction rental equipment industry or relatedStrong
motivational and leadership skillsSuperior customer service,
teamwork and verbal/written communication skillsProficient in
Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)Valid driver's license with an
acceptable recordOPERATIONS MANAGER MOBILE STORAGEAs Operations
Manager at a United Rentals Mobile Storage branch, you will
leverage your leadership skills to coordinate and direct the

operational support, sales support and fleet accountability.If you

acceptable recordOPERATIONS MANAGER FFSAs Operations Manager of
Flooring and Facility Solutions (FFS) at United Rentals, you will
leverage your leadership skills to build a new business from the
ground up, coordinating and directing the delivery of "white glove"
service to facility maintenance and restoration customers. By
working closely with the District Manager, you will ensure safety,
equipment training, world-class customer service and standard
process compliance to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Partnering with the district sales team, you will be responsible
for overseeing FFS sales efforts. All FFS location staff will
