- TheRegistered Nurse performs direct patient care within the
scope of theRegistered Nurse Practice Act.
- Utilizestherapeutic communication in daily practice.

- Identifiesnursing problems as they relate to the individual
needs of thepatient. Plans individualized patient care utilizing
- Providescare and coordinates participation that fosters the

- When actingin charge nurse role, registered nurses are

Qualifications Whatqualifications you will need:
- Graduateof an Accredited School of Nursing
- CurrentTX RN licensure
- 1year of Dialysis RN experience
