What you will do in this role:Supports Director by serving as the administrative leader providing direction and support to staff; clinical decision making; staffing; acting as a clinical expert and facilitator. Provides effective communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Assures the care of the patient reflects the hospital's mission, vision and values. Creates an environment that enables the staff to fulfill its mission, meet or exceed department goals and provide safe, economical and efficient care. This care will be based on current nursing knowledge, skills and institutional methodology. Organized, focused and visionary.

• BSN required
• Texas Registered Nurse License
• Five (5) years' experience in clinical nursing/nursing care needs of the patient population served by the hospital.
• Previous experience as charge nurse or head nurse/nursing management preferred.
