    PPO/FFS/Medicaid family office treating adults and children

    Specialists within the group are available for referrals

    This role includes ops and hygiene

    Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Experience required
      
      
    • 
      Local or relocation candidates only – no travelers
      
      
    • 
      DMD or DDS
      
      
    • 
      Current state license to practice dentistry
      
      
    • 
      Proof of and ability to maintain malpractice insurance
