Job Description:

Up to $20,000 Sign-On bonus for experienced Registered Nurse / RN Summary
Under minimal supervision, provides professional nursing care for patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric, within the nurse's competencies following established standards and practices. Supports the mission statement, policies and procedures of the Valley Baptist Health System. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education
Required: Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience
Required: 1 year in an acute care facility
Preferred: Completion of per anesthesia or critical care internship/training course

Certifications
Required: Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse or currently eligible for state board certification.

Preferred: CNOR Board eligible/certified

BLS, ACLS, NRP
