Job Description:

Summary Assists in providing basic and intermediate nursing care to assigned group of patients while under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Able to work at least eight hours per pay period. May work shift in increments of 4, 8, 10 and 12 hours as assigned. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Currently enrolled in an approved RN degree program. Experience Minimum: Successfully completed a basic clinical skills lab. Skills checklist may be used to validate experience. Required Courses/Completions (e.g., CPR): BLS certification-Obtained through approved American Heart Association within 10 working days before assuming patient care.
