TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified NICU RN in Brownsville, Texas, 78526! Pay Information
$2,010 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 4 years in NICU License:
Current RN license Certifications: NRP, STABLE Must-Have:
Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the
role. Experience in Level 3 NICU. Description: Facility is looking
for a registered nurse with a minimum of 4 years of experience in
the NICU. The unit has 10 NICU beds and 6 Stepdown beds. Currently,
there are 8 full-time registered nurses on the day shift and 10
full-time registered nurses on the PM shift. One registered nurse
is currently on leave. Day shift staff includes 1 charge nurse, 3
registered nurses, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters as needed. Night shift
patient ratios are to be discussed during the interview. The unit
uses electronic medical records (EMR). Typical procedures performed
on this unit include specialized neonatal care. The ideal
candidates should have a collaborative mindset, strong
communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment. This position may involve floating to the newborn
nursery and pediatrics as needed. Dress code is royal blue scrubs.
