experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel
assignment at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, Texas.
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive
patient care in a respected hospital environment while expanding
your professional expertise. Assignment Details - Facility: Tenet
Healthcare / Valley Baptist Medical Center – Med/Surg Unit -
Location: Harlingen, Texas - Start Date: December 17, 2025 –
December 31, 2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - Schedule: 07:00 – 19:30
(12-hour day shifts) - Hours: Standard contract, 36 hours per week

Elizabeth Leal Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care to
individuals with diverse medical and surgical conditions. - Perform
assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress
in accordance with hospital protocols. - Collaborate with
physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement
care plans. - Educate patients and families on conditions,
recovery, and discharge instructions. - Ensure compliance with
hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices.
Minimum Qualifications - Registered Nurse (RN) license in good
standing. - 2 years of Med/Surg experience in an acute care
setting. - Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to
respond quickly to patient needs. - Excellent communication and
teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications - Travel nursing
experience in Med/Surg or related units. - Advanced certifications
such as ACLS. - Adaptability to diverse patient populations and
