Job Description:
Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated and professional
Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial for
maintaining the high standards of care and support we offer to our
elders in our Texas facilities. The Weekend RN Supervisor will
oversee the nursing staff and ensure the implementation of tailored
healthcare plans, addressing the specific needs of our residents
while also adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Supervise nursing staff and manage patient care over weekends.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and standards.
Manage and administer healthcare plans. Handle any emergent issues
and oversee clinical operations. Ensure proper patient
documentation and compliance with healthcare laws. Mentor and train
nursing staff while promoting a supportive environment. Strong
leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in clinical operations and
healthcare administration. Ability to manage stress and multitask
in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate and patient-focused
approach. 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Texas. CPR/BLS certification.
