Job Description:
Coverage Needed
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 12 hour shifts
- Cover main facility and FSEDs
Clinical Details
- 42,000 Annual Volume
- 36 hours of Physician Coverage
- 36 hours of APP Coverage
Requirements
- Flexibility in Schedule:
- Provider MUST be willing to work day AND night shifts
- Provider MUST be willing to work weekdays AND weekends
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must
be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of
privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in
state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified or Board Prepared in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be
considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
- Active TX license or ability to obtain
