Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and supply
chain industry, is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to join their
team. As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will be part of the
Operations Department supporting the warehouse and inventory
management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive
attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Inventory Control Location: Pharr, TX Pay Range: $12.00 per
hour Shift: What's the Job? Maintain accurate inventory records in
the system. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory
audits. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages. Coordinate
with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure proper
material flow. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent;
associate degree preferred. Stable work history with proven
reliability and consistency. 1–2 years of experience in inventory
control or related field. Strong attention to detail and
organizational skills. Proficiency in inventory management software
