The Career Support Specialist provides participant support and conducts oversight
and monitoring of the Summer Earn & Learn (SEAL) program, a
subsidized work experience program for youth with disabilities. The
Specialist will work up to 30 hours per week providing support to
SEAL participants, monitoring participant and worksite activities,
and identifying and resolving issues per SEAL standards and
policies. This is temporary assignment lasting 8-12
and review payroll records for accuracy and ensure records are
relayed timely for payroll processing.
