Human Resources Generalist is responsible for administering
policies relating to all phases of human resources support duties,
including ensuring that policies, procedures and reporting are in
compliance with legal requirements & government reporting
regulations affecting all human resources functions.
with program management to communicate human resources policies,
procedures, programs and laws.
and successfully handle employee relations questions, issues and
organizational development issues including terminations,
grievances and follow-up meetings.
with the corporate management team and legal department to review,
update and roll-out the employee guidebook, all policies, and
follow-up to ensure compliance.
Coordinates with the payroll department to investigate and resolve
payroll issues in compliance with state law and the
the records management process for employees in accordance with
legal and organizational requirements.
and recommends employee relations practices to establish a positive
employer-employee relationship. Also conducts internal surveys to
determine satisfaction levels and employee engagement.
as a consultant to the overall performance management and appraisal
awareness and knowledge of HR related laws and practices, as well
as internal policies/procedures, and provides suitable
interpretation to management and employees.

Processes unemployment claim responses.

Degree in Human Resources management, business management, or
related field and 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist
experience or equivalent combination of education and
verbal and written communication skills.

be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in
written form to express and exchange ideas.
