We have an 8 1/2-year-old and a 10-year-old (both girls) who are
super close, and sometimes need quality time alone, as well. We
want a caregiver who wants to have fun with the girls, but also are
able to enforce routines and able to be serious when needed. Our
children are very active and we want them to continue to be. They
are also very smart and we want them to continue to be. Looking for
