Job Description:

An investment solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Platform Experience Senior Specialist.

Must be able to:
Manage all training aspects of the sponsor portal and payroll platform experience
Serve plan sponsors primary contact for 1st payroll processing and integration
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Subject matter knowledge of retirement plan design and plan conversion processes
Experience in project management and leading team initiatives end to end
Professional experience using and optimizing internal technical operational tools
