Assistant: Deliver customer assistance, guidance, and education
regarding Verizon 5G products and services via direct marketing
campaigns. Prioritize customer satisfaction and boost sales by
emphasizing product value, highlighting features and benefits.
Initiate proactive customer engagement through direct contact to
address product and service inquiries. Utilize company resources to
maintain effective communication and consistent marketing messages.
Display ambition and self-motivation to meet sales and marketing
targets. Effectively manage customer experience alongside
performance goals. Attend all training sessions and meetings with
Marketing Assistants for ongoing professional development. Engage
in community outreach through volunteer work, donations, and grant
programs. Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor, actively
contributing to team collaboration.
