The position requires at least one year of experience in a customer service roll, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask. Greet all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct a multi-phone in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner Schedule and record insurance and customer pay estimate/repair appointments in manager system. Explain repair process, payment procedures, and rental vehicle information to customer. Check in customer at time of drop off, including obtaining authorization forms. Daily filing of invoices and closed files. Maintain the front office and customer reception area. Other duties. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: All customers and staff are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup available, common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
