  Responsibilities
  
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, events and lead databases over the phone.
  • Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
    Requirements
    
    • Currently hold or willing to get a Property & Casualty License and a Life & Health License.
    • Successful sales background.
    • Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
    • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
    • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
