Must be proficient in neonatal resuscitation, ventilator management, and family-centered care. /n This is a 12-hour shift role with weekend, holiday, and possible on-call requirements. Floating to similar acuity areas may be required. Compliance onboarding typically takes 4–6 weeks. A voice and nurse manager interview are mandatory.
