Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Interqual and utilization review experience Discharge planning experience Description: The position is Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with rotating weekends. Data collection will be performed as part of case management responsibilities. The unit has 214 beds and a staff of 11. Patient ratios are approximately 25-30. Equipment used includes computers, fax machines, and printers. The Electronic Medical Record systems utilized are Meditech, Midas, and Careport. Candidates must exhibit strong teamwork skills. Typical procedures performed on this unit include discharge planning and care coordination. Scrub attire is royal blue, and business professional clothing is also acceptable.
